About Olivia

Olivia's approach

Olivia is passionate about improving health equality for women. She founded Liv Physio to give women specialist, unhurried care, especially those who have felt overlooked by the healthcare system.

She treats every patient holistically, looking beyond the symptoms to the lifestyle factors that contribute to pain and injury. Treatment combines tailored exercise and hands-on therapy, with a clear plan built around your goals.

Throughout her career she has also shadowed leading orthopaedic surgeons in their clinics, so she knows when specialist input is needed and can point you to the right consultant.
